LEADERSHIP

Innovation and outreach are the hallmarks of Rabbi Marshal Klaven's expansive rabbinate, whether in service to the brave men and women of the United States Air Force, the 110 micro-sized congregations of the Institute of Southern Jewish Life (Jackson, MS), the 170 families and wider community of Congregation B'nai Israel (Galveston, TX), or the staff, patients, and families of WellSpan Health's Level 1 Trauma Center (York, PA), where -- as part of a CPE Residency -- he specialized in behavioral health, pediatric, and trauma support. Prior to starting KEIRUV, Rabbi Klaven was the Acting CEO/President of the York JCC, providing critical crisis management during the onset and height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Rabbi Klaven credits his service to the gifts of God, the investment of his teachers, and -- most especially -- the love of his family.
